Startup Packages
Everything a new business needs, at a budget fixed up front
Two complete packages for a business that is just starting: $2,000 to be open, findable and taking orders, or $5,000 for your own product live on the web and in the app stores. One budget, one person accountable, nothing to stitch together from five freelancers.
$2K
open, findable and taking orders
$5K
your own product, live in the stores

Pricing
Two budgets, everything included.
Each package is a fixed price for a finished, working business setup. Scope is fitted to the budget in the first call, never stretched past it. Hosting, Shopify, WhatsApp messaging and payment fees are paid by you directly, at cost, and I take no commission on any of them.

Most new businesses should start with Launch. Choose Build when the software itself is the product customers pay for.
Before we start
What your business needs in place.
None of this is code, and each one decides how fast you launch.
A commercial registration, for payments
Payment gateways in Egypt and Saudi will not settle to an individual. If it is not done yet, start it today; it is usually the longest wait in the whole launch.
A business bank account
In the same name as the registration, so settlement does not fail the day your first orders arrive.
What you sell, written down
Products or services, prices and a few lines about each. I shape the copy; I cannot invent the offer.
One person who decides
Fast answers keep the timeline. A package that waits a week for every approval takes three times as long.
Terms
How the money and the risk are split.
No retainer to start a conversation, and no invoice for work that never got delivered.
Half to start, half on delivery
Balance falls due when the work is done and handed over. Not delivered, not charged.
Fixed price, not an estimate
The number holds unless you change the scope. If I misjudged it, that is mine.
The clock starts at handover
From the day I have everything on the list, not from the day you pay.
One round of revisions included
Then hourly, quoted before anything starts. No surprise invoices.
You own everything at the end
Code, accounts, assets and credentials. Nothing is held hostage.
Proof
Businesses I built from nothing.
These started as an idea and a budget, the same as yours.
Store EG
A cosmetics brand launched on an Arabic-first Shopify store with cash-on-delivery confirmation on WhatsApp.
our-store.store ↗Shaaml
A services marketplace with booking and provider profiles in Arabic and English, live and taking appointments.
shaaml.online ↗OurGrowth
An AI marketing platform with shipping, payments and a live Shopify carrier app, built from the first line.
our-growth.com ↗What you get
What a new business walks away with.
A working setup in your own name, not a stack of half-finished pieces from different people.
A place customers can buy
Website or store in Arabic and English, with payment or cash-on-delivery tested end to end.
WhatsApp that answers itself
Every lead or order confirmed automatically, and the silent ones put on a list for you.
One place to run it
Orders, customers and numbers in one view instead of four tabs and a notebook.
Everything in your name
Domain, accounts, code and credentials handed over, with a walkthrough for running it yourself.
What you send
The handover, in one list.
Send it in one go and the clock starts.
- Business name, logo and colours, or permission to make simple ones
- What you sell: products or services, with prices
- Photos you own, or the go-ahead to use licensed stock
- The domain you want, or two or three you would accept
- Commercial registration and bank details, for payments
- For Build: a description of the product in your own words, however rough
How it runs
Six steps, and you see each one.
-
01
Discovery call
An hour on what the business sells and to whom. You leave with the scope for your budget in writing.
-
02
Accounts first
Domain, email, WhatsApp, payment gateway and store accounts — started on day one, because their approvals take the longest.
-
03
Design
The look and the main screens, shown to you before anything is built.
-
04
Build
Site or store, flows and automations — and for Build, the product and its dashboard. A preview link every week.
-
05
Test with real money
A real order, a real payment, a real WhatsApp confirmation, end to end.
-
06
Launch and hand over
Live on your domain and in the stores, every account in your name, and a walkthrough for running it.
Scope
What this is not, and who it is not for.
These are quoted separately, so the price above stays a price.
- Hosting, Shopify, WhatsApp messaging and payment fees — paid by you at cost
- Paid advertising and its budget
- Professional photography and video
- Company formation and tax registration
- Features beyond the written scope — quoted before anything starts
Right fit, wrong fit
Saves a call that would end in no.
A good fit
- You are starting a business and want it done once, properly
- You have a budget and want to know exactly what it buys
- You sell in Arabic and English, in Egypt or Saudi
- You want to run it yourself afterwards
Not a fit
- You need a large platform with many user types — see Enterprise Systems
- You want the cheapest possible website, not a working business setup
- You have no product or service decided yet
- You need advertising more than you need a setup
After launch
After you open.
Launch includes 30 days of care and Build includes 60. In that time anything I built that breaks is fixed at no cost. After it, the Care plan keeps someone on call for updates, fixes and the monthly numbers, or you run it yourself; either way, everything is already in your name.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The first call fits the scope to the budget, and that scope is written down. If I underestimated it, that is mine to absorb. If you add to it, the addition is quoted before it starts.
Can I start with Launch and move to Build later?
Yes. Build reuses everything Launch set up, so nothing is thrown away. The move is quoted on what is left to do, not on the full $5,000.
What will I pay every month after launch?
Only the running costs, which go directly to the providers: usually hosting or Shopify, WhatsApp messaging and payment fees. I list them for you before we start. The Care plan is optional.
How do I pay?
Half to start and half on delivery. You can pay in USD, EGP or SAR.
Why not hire separate freelancers for each part?
You can, and the pieces often do not connect: the store does not talk to WhatsApp, and nobody owns the gap between them. Here, one person is accountable for all of it working together.
Tell me what you have, and I will tell you what it takes.
The app, the market and the deadline is enough to get a straight answer on scope, price and timing — usually the same day.
