Pricing
What a store costs.
Fixed per package. The subscriptions underneath — Shopify, the gateway, the carriers — are yours directly, and I take no commission from any of them.
Store launch
On requestone-off
- Shopify store built on a theme customised to your brand
- Arabic-first storefront with real RTL, English alongside
- Products, collections and navigation set up
- Payment gateway and shipping rates connected
- Checkout tested end to end with a real order
- Trained on how to run it yourself

On requestone-off
- WhatsApp confirmation on every COD order before it ships
- Automatic follow-up on unanswered orders, then a call list
- Carrier integration so labels and tracking are one click
- Return-rate reporting, measured against where you started
COD returns are the single biggest leak in Egyptian and Saudi e-commerce. This closes it before the parcel moves.

Most people should start with both: a store that confirms and ships properly from the first order, rather than bolting it on after the returns start.
Before we start
What your business needs in place.
None of this is code, and each one blocks a launch.
A commercial registration, for payments
Payment gateways in Egypt and Saudi will not settle to an individual. Getting the CR or working through an existing entity is the longest lead time in the whole launch, so it starts before anything else.
A business bank account
In the same legal name as the registration. Settlement fails at exactly the moment your first orders arrive if these do not match.
Product data somebody has actually written
Names, prices, weights, variants and images. Weights matter more than people expect — shipping is priced on them, and guessed weights turn into losses on every parcel.
A returns and shipping policy you will honour
Both stores and both regulators expect it published, and COD customers read it. Write the one you will actually follow, not the one that sounds generous.
Carrier accounts, or permission to open them
Egypt Post, Bosta, SMSA or whoever you ship with. Rates are negotiated per merchant, so this must be in your name to be worth anything.
Terms
How the money and the risk are split.
No retainer to start a conversation, and no invoice for work that never got delivered.
Half to start, half on delivery
Balance falls due when the work is done and handed over. Not delivered, not charged.
Fixed price, not an estimate
The number holds unless you change the scope. If I misjudged it, that is mine.
The clock starts at handover
From the day I have everything on the list, not from the day you pay.
One round of revisions included
Then hourly, quoted before anything starts. No surprise invoices.
You own everything at the end
Code, accounts, assets and credentials. Nothing is held hostage.
Proof
Stores I run, not stores I have read about.
Two markets, two currencies, cash on delivery in both.
Store EG
D2C cosmetics on Shopify: custom theme, cash-on-delivery automation and WhatsApp flows on an Arabic-first storefront.
our-store.store ↗Store KSA
The Saudi storefront on the same engine — localised market, payments and shipping wired for the Kingdom.
sa.our-store.store ↗Egypt Post on Shopify
A live carrier app in the Shopify App Store, with real logistics behind it rather than a rate table.
our-growth.com ↗Bride and Bazaar
A wedding marketplace and a commerce platform for bazaar organisers, both live and both selling in Arabic first.
our-bride.com ↗What you get
What a launch actually leaves you with.
A shop you can run yourself, not a project you have to keep paying to touch.
A checkout that converts in Arabic
RTL done properly, the wording COD customers trust, tested end to end with a real order.
Confirmation before anything ships
Every COD order confirmed on WhatsApp, follow-ups automatic, the silent ones on a call list.
One operations view
Orders, stock, shipping and returns in one place instead of four tabs and a spreadsheet.
The store, in your name
Shopify, gateway and carrier accounts all yours, plus the walkthrough for running it without me.
What you send
The handover, in one list.
Send it in one go and the clock starts.
- Product list with prices, weights, variants and images
- Logo, brand colours and any existing artwork
- Domain, or permission to register one
- Payment gateway and carrier account details, if you have them
- Your returns, shipping and privacy policies
- Existing store URL and admin access, if migrating
How it runs
Six steps, and you see each one.
-
01
Setup
Store, domain, theme and the accounts that take days to approve — started first, on purpose.
-
02
Catalogue
Products, variants, collections and navigation, with the weights that make shipping accurate.
-
03
Money and delivery
Payment gateway, COD, carrier rates and tax settings, tested with a real transaction.
-
04
Arabic first
RTL layout, Arabic copy and the checkout wording customers actually trust.
-
05
Confirmation flow
WhatsApp confirmation, follow-ups and the call list, live before the first real order.
-
06
Launch and train
You place a live order end to end, then a walkthrough of running it. The 30 days start here.
Scope
What this is not, and who it is not for.
These are quoted separately, so the price above stays a price.
- Product photography and content writing
- Paid advertising and its budget
- Gateway, carrier and Shopify subscription fees
- Warehousing, packing and fulfilment
- Company formation and tax registration
- Sourcing or supplier negotiation
Right fit, wrong fit
Saves a call that would end in no.
A good fit
- You have products and no store that works
- COD is most of your revenue and returns are eating it
- You sell in Arabic and the storefront has to feel Arabic
- You want to run it yourself afterwards
- You are selling into Egypt or Saudi and want someone who has
Not a fit
- You want a marketplace with many sellers — different build entirely
- You need traffic more than you need a store
- You have no products yet
- You want a custom storefront from scratch when Shopify would do
After launch
After the store opens.
A store is not a project, it is a shop. Prices change, apps update and break, a carrier changes its rates, and a theme update quietly breaks the Arabic checkout. Every launch includes 30 days; the Care plan keeps someone in the shop after that.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Why Shopify rather than something custom?
Because payments, tax, inventory and checkout are solved problems that cost a fortune to rebuild badly. Custom makes sense when the business model is genuinely unusual — and then I will say so and quote the build instead.
Does the COD confirmation really reduce returns?
It reduces the refusals that come from a customer who forgot they ordered, changed their mind, or gave a wrong address — which is most of them. It does not fix a product problem, and the reporting will show you which of the two you have.
Can you migrate an existing store?
Yes — products, customers, orders and URL redirects so search rankings survive. The audit is the honest first step: sometimes migrating is the wrong answer and fixing what you have is cheaper.
Who pays Shopify?
You do, directly, on your own account. Same for the gateway and the carriers. I never sit between you and a subscription, and I take no commission from any of them.
Can I run it without a developer afterwards?
That is the point. The handover is a walkthrough of adding products, changing prices, running promotions and reading the reports. The Care plan is for when you would rather not.
Tell me what you have, and I will tell you what it takes.
The app, the market and the deadline is enough to get a straight answer on scope, price and timing — usually the same day.
